Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If you aren't for any reason, please email us within 2 days of receipt and we will provide a Returns Number and an address for you to send it to. You will need to post it at your expense and we will arrange an exchange or refund as long as:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & unopened packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

6. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods at your cost.

7. We do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear,custom made prescription lenses, jewellery, sale items or mixed wholesale lots. We may offer a replacement in certain circumstances.

It is your responsibility to cover charges to send items back to us. However there are some exceptions to this rule. We have listed who needs to cover the charges for each circumstance below:

* Incorrect item ordered (customers fault) - customer to cover charges.

* Incorrect item received (i.e. ordered a large but received a medium) - we will refund returns charges up to the value stated below.

* Faulty or damaged item received - we will cover charges up to 14 days up to the value stated below. After 14 days the customer will need to cover the charges.

* Item not suitable - customer to cover charges.

To receive a refund of your return costs where appropriate, a copy of your post office receipt must be mailed or emailed to us. We cannot refund charges without proof of costs. The maximum amount of postage we will refund are as follows:

* UK orders. Items valued up to £60 - £2.50

* UK orders. Items valued £60 - £100 - £3.50

* UK orders. Items valued over £100 - £5.50

* Overseas orders. Items valued up to £60 - £4.50

* Overseas orders. Items valued over £60 - £7.50

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Postage & Packing Costs are very simple and good value.

All goods are sent Recorded Delivery

For the UK, the cost for one item is £3.99 and £1.99 for all other ones

For the rest of the world, the cost is £9.99 for one item and £3.99 for all others

Ink Orders

Inks will ONLY be sent to the UK mainland only.

Southern Ireland

Due to the amount of items that have gone 'missing' to Southern Ireland, we no longer will post anything there, but single dvds. It is simply far too time-consuming chasing up missing orders, when we have clear evidence that we cannot rely on the Southern Irish postage system to deliver items.

Rest of the world

Although the majority of our items are delivered to the UK, we still may refuse to send items to any international destination if we consider the risk factor too high. For example, if items have the possibility of being caught up in customs for any reason, we will use our experience to make a decision based on whether it is viable to post the item. If we consider the risk too high, then the order will be refunded.

Non Delivery

Items that cannot be delivered, and returned - If sending items recorded delivery, or even un-recorded, meaning the royal mail will attempt to either deliver the item or leave you a card to collect. If the product cannot be delivered, or is not collected from the local sorting office and returned to us, we will charge an administration fee of £4 per item. Therefore, if the item needs resending, or refunding, an administration fee of £4 will be charged.

Duvet Sets

An additional £4.79 will need to be added to shipping costs for these items, and these items will ONLY be shipped to the UK mainland

Football souvenirs

Football souvenirs will be sent to UK ONLY, unless contacted for additional postage rates based on weight, and then a risk factor will be assessed, based on variables, on the potential of sending any order overseas.
